The inhumane unAmerican incineration of the U.S. Constitution began immediately in the Second Trump Reich with the outlandish fear-mongering lie by the dictator that there was an “emergency” in this country of violent out-of-control brown-skin gangs. That lie was used as cover for the deliberate destruction of the Constitution’s pillars of American democracy of the demand for DUE PROCESS (the independent judging of all accusations) for ALL PERSONS and the prohibition of CRUEL AND UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT for ALL PERSONS.
The pathetic fact is that everyone who could have prevented this perfectly executed destruction of American democracy — politicians, jurists, military, citizens, law enforcement — just crumbled under the fear mongering lie, willingly proving the oft repeated but never learned lie, “When they came for me, there was no one left to fight against it because I fought for no one.” Historically and clearly proven, yet we did nothing to prevent the death of the United States of America.
The U.S. Constitution stands on two unshakable pillars of justice: first, its demand for DUE PROCESS — independent judgment before the government can touch life, liberty, or property — guaranteed to ALL PERSONS, not just citizens, in the Fifth Amendment (“nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law”) and the Fourteenth Amendment (“nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law”).
Second, its absolute ban on CRUEL AND UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT in the Eighth Amendment (“nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted”), again applying to ALL PERSONS under U.S. power. Yet under IL DUCE TRUMP, these pillars were incinerated: his mammoth lie, as is everything IL DUCE DECLARES, of a street-gang “emergency” unleashed ICE raids that instantly became his NAZI GESTAPO — violent, lawless, cruel, race-based seizures of brown skin people, usually with no criminal background, snatched without trial, vanished into far-away cages.
When DUE PROCESS is shredded and CRUEL AND UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT is normalized, American justice is gone. And when ALL PERSONS are no longer protected from the whims of IL DUCE TRUMP, that is proof that he has successfully inconerated the U.S. Constitution in his fevered quest to destroy American democracy and cement his position as cruel racist dictator.
Nobody in this country is safe.
Cruel racist dictator IL DUCE TRUMP’s Police State terrorist NAZI GESTAPO continues their attack of hunting down, violently seizing, and disappearing non-white human beings living here in the former “United” States of America.
Because Americans in their complacency, fear, and bigotry didn’t stop that spark of dictatorship, the conflagration of those pillars of justice allowed the intended goal of the Trump MAGA Party scum who voted to install the Second Trump Reich: destroying American democracy. They screamed, literally, “BURN IT ALL DOWN!”
The race-based inhumane Police State action that we failed to stop has now engulfed our nation.
Lies continue to form the replication of NAZI GERMANY under the cruel racist dictator IL DUCE TRUMP. State-sponsored violent inhumane racial profiling by this authoritarian regime is using NAZI GERMANY processes to achieve the putrid Trump MAGA Party goal of shoving our society back into the CIVIL WAR I ERA of Federalized white supremacy that suppresses and violently oppresses non-white people.
This dictatorship is the plan of two factions of mutual manipulation by the psychologically damaged, morally depraved garish monster Donald Trump, formed in the mold of history’s dictators and cult leaders as a professionally-assessed Malignant Narcissist Megalomaniac. This maniac has extreme cravings for worship and control because of, logically and observably, a childhood of tyrannical abuse that crippled and destroyed his soul under the weight of self-loathing that could only be tolerable with mass worship and total destruction of truth.
That mutual manipulation of two specific groups, the CHRISTOFASCIST christian nationalists and the morally polluted binary brain-damaged TECH BROS OLIGARCHS both hate and fear American democracy because they cannot tolerate diversity. Both groups have only selfish whiney intolerance that drives their self interest, and their destroyed moral compass with souls devoid of compassion and empathy blind all of them to the disparate humanity that was the reason for founding American Democracy.
These groups have personal world views so weak and fragile that they shatter when confronted by the reality of the depth and breadth of humanity, and they both found what was needed for the power to destroy democracy: the terrible racist dictator Donald Trump, whose evil now pulses and surges with the power given to him by the CHRISTOFASCISTS and the TECH BROS OLIGARCHS.
And by complacent, ignorant, trembling, normal Americans who let it happen. Us.
We must finally, as a nation, recognize these facts because there are only a couple outcomes that are likely from this rapid destruction of America, and none of them are likely to include any more free and fair elections.
The insidious total destruction of our Legislative Branch, Judicial Branch, Executive Branch, U.S. Military, every Agency and Department, the creation of the Police State force of the domestic terrorist NAZI GESTAPO, and the surging tsunami of IL DUCE TRUMP’S MARTIAL LAW have completely destroyed the U.S. Constitution and American democracy.
The military takeover of Blue Cities and States by Red State military units is proof of the death of American democracy and the surging move toward CIVIL WAR II to eliminate all opposition to the Second Trump Reich and cruel racist dictator IL DUCE TRUMP’s rule over the country.
The delusion of anyone that we are a nation of law and order blinds us to the fact that every one of us is now living under only the whims of the hateful evil dictator who is living like vermin within the confines of our White House.
Your life, regardless of the color of your skin, is no longer that of “an American.”
If you are not white, you are most likely, with few exceptions involving obsequious and worshipful billionaires and entertainers, hated as an enemy of Donald Trump and in imminent danger of violent disappearing.
If you are white but not an obsequious and worshipful billionaire or entertainer willing to die for Donald Trump, you are being labeled with the slur concocted by Donald Trump out of the word “Democrat,” representing an enemy of the Second Trump Reich, not so much merely a political enemy but far worse: a person refusing to worship Donald Trump.
The jackboots of the burgeoning NAZI GESTAPO of the Police State will eventually, and soon, be marching for you.
Everything happening now can be understood and predicted by understanding NAZI GERMANY. It is the playbook of this Reich, but much more sloppy with less precision and no intelligence. Evil needs none of that; the German NAZIS did and the American NAZIS don’t.
This is not “New American NAZI” shit, this is straight up 1930s-1940s GERMAN NAZI shit but more stupid. This is the tool for the Federalization of white supremacy and removal of everyone and everything that does not coddle the pathetic weak and immature white race.
Besides the tremendous lack of precision and intelligence, which by itself could be a fatal flaw of the Second Trump Reich, another flaw is the division between the CHRISTOFASCISTS and the TECH BROS OLIGARCHS. Their only common goal was to destroy American democracy, and they successfully used — as he wanted — the Malignant Narcissist Megalomaniac cruel racist dictator Donald Trump to sway his cult toward, as cult leaders do, their own self-destruction by manipulating their hate and stupidity to turn them into zombie-like brainless scum set upon destroying the rest of us. He did this to get the support of the very sick inhumane CHRISTOFASCISTS snd TECH BROS OLIGARCHS.
However, the day will soon come — it is inevitable — that the selfish manchild with a blackened soul and no human spirit will turn on both the CHRISTOFASCISTS and the TECH BROS OLIGARCHS when he determines he no longer needs them for his power.
After all, he has now completely neutralized the Judicial Branch by having his polluted Trump Supreme Court of his personal lying dogma-drenched politicians-in-robes destroy everything that stood in the way of his dictatorial takeover.
The Legislative Branch is a worthless gathering of spineless sycophants, morally dead obsequious worshippers of the power of the dictator who sold out the U.S. Constitution that they lied about protecting.
The Executive Branch is nothing but weaponized sycophants thrilled by their freehand to design and implement massive evil and destruction.
The U.S. Military is no more; without a U.S Constitution to bind it, it is now the world’s most powerful right-wing militia of service members now sworn to fealty to cruel racist dictator IL DUCE TRUMP. This U.S. right-wing militia is now partnered with the Police State jackboot NAZI GESTAPO as a domestic terrorist organization, along with the Federalized under dictator Trump National Guard, to eliminate everyone Donald Trump considers to be his personal enemy.
Cruel racist dictator IL DUCE TRUMP’s massive and dangerous zombie-like brainless cult, lemmings all, will follow their cult leader anywhere, including self destruction and dying for Trump — a concept alone that thrills Malignant Narcissist Megalomaniac Trump and gives his life its only meaning.
So why would he continue to need the annoying and demanding CHRISTOFASCISTS and TECH BROS OLIGARCHS? They will soon be at each others’ throats as their diametrically-opposed goals clash with dictator Trump’s personal goals. They wanted power, but they gave it to Trump as their path to power. That expediency will be their downfall. Their fight might, by itself, foment, or at least complicate, the impending CIVIL WAR II which will be designed to wipe out everyone who does not worship the false idol Donald Trump.
In the meantime, the humanity of human beings is being destroyed by the terrorist NAZI GESTAPO of the Second Trump Reich. Human beings who aren’t white and obsequious worshippers of Donald Trump are being ejected as unwilling tools in the plot to completely destroy the U.S. Constitution and everything that was supposed to prevent takeover by a dictator.
Yet, we sit comfortably in our delusion that we couldn’t be next, we couldn’t be more fodder used to cement the dictatorship of Donald Trump.
That is the ignorant, complacent foolishness that led us to this point.
Today is Friday, August 22, 2025. The U.S. Constitution is dead. Decency, truth, and law are dead. The United States of America is gasping its last breaths. This is a recounting for the sake of history’s autopsy.
